3. Kanto
4. Unova
5. Sinnoh

Their all great, and even though Sinnoh is my least favorite -- it brought many awesome new Pokes such as Garchomp.
Though for multiplayer, 4th and 5th gen are definitely be better seeing as they have online. =P

B&W are great games, but the generation itself just doesnt seem so great to me.
